Shaikh rifaee (r) a spiritual leader

SHAIKH RIFAEE (R) A SPIRITUAL LIGHT

In the name of Allah, most gracious and most merciful. Here I am describing about the most renowned saint of Allah Shaikh Rifaee (r). Sheikh ahmadul kabeeri rifaee (r) is the full name of him. He was born on hijra 500 rajab 27 in Monday as the son of Sheikh abdul hasan ali. His childhood was fulfilled with so many miracles. He spoke to his mother when he was kid. We know that allah gives miracles (Karamath) to his saints or who close to Allah. And sheikh rifaee (r) also a renowned saint from them. He also so many miracles through his life. Here I mean incident, once sheikh rifaee (r) went pilgrimage to Makkah, after his necessary deeds from Makkah he visited Roula shareef and he tuned a poem by praising Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). He wanted at last in the poem to stretch prophet’s hand. Mesteriously prophet’s hand rose up from the qabar in front of sheikh rifaee (r) and also people saw it lively. It is one of the miracles of him.

If we take his character or behavior we can see that, he behave to poor and patients in very lovely and very kindly. And he protects them with his merciful hand. As the same he did to dumb creatures and insects.

He was a mankind of spirituality. He spends his times by worshiping Allah. At one time sheikh rifaee (r) and his students were walking through in a way, accidentally they saw a dog which caused chronicle disease. Same time sheikh rifaee (r) took up it and went in to a river and scavenged it. After that it stays with him forty day in his house. And it got relief from its ill. A friend of sheikh rifaee (r) asked to him about this incident when he heard this that: are you took trouble for a dog such as this? That time sheikh replied: “what I answer to Allah when he asked to me about the dog?”. What a sincere word it is!. This sincerity is the main reason to make him a spiritual leader.

In Jamadul awwal 12 the whole Muslim world celebrates as sheikh rifaee day which he died. It is obligatory to all Muslim or Ahlu sunna to celebrate such days like of the noble personalities of Islam. And we spend that days by study or research their biographies and life method. Also we imitate their culture and Islamic path which they teach us through their life. Especially in front the heretics who arguing that these like of deeds are cause to become unmuslim. May Allah gives bless to us to get in paradise with these close friends of Allah. Ameen...
